  12. 1 tbsp garlic paste or 6-7 cloves of garlic
  13. 1 inch Ginger
  14. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  15. 1 bay leaf
  16. 4-5 black pepper corns
  17. 2 dried red chillies
  18. 1 tbsp jeera
  19. 1 tbsp kasuri meethi
  20. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 1 tsp garam masala
  23. 1 cup milk
  24. 2 tbsp yoghurt
  25. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  26. to taste salt
  27. 2 tbsp Oil or Ghee

Steps to make to make Malai Kofta 😍

  1. For Kofta:- peel the boiled potato and mash it.
  2. Now except malai mix all the ingredients together. make small balls and stuffs malai in it.
  3. Allow these Koftas to refrigerate for 10 mins. after that deep fry it on a low flame and keep it aside.
  4. For Gravy:- Heat oil in a pan add all the whole spices.
  5. Allow it to crackle.
  6. Now add onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and kasuri meethi.
  7. Once onions and tomatoes are cooked remove it from the heat. Allow it to cool. Add it in a blender.
  8. While blending add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  9. You can add little water to form a smooth paste.
  10. Now add this paste along with milk in a pan.
  11. Allow milk to reduce completely. now time to add ketchup and yoghurt. mix it well.
  12. Now the gravy will look some what like this. At this stage you can water if required.
  13. At last add cream and Fried Kofta's.
  14. Garnish it with little chopped coriander and mint. And serve hot with nice butter roti or laccha paratha.
