- Prepare inner stuffing with vegtable mixture
- Make small balls of the mixture..
- Pat it flat to small round shape.. or any shape you desire
- Take all purpose flour in a small cup.
- Add some water and make smooth paste (paste shouldn't be too thin)
- Keep the bread crumps ready (I used spicy flavored bread crumps)
- Now dip the shaped cutlets Quickly in the all purpose flour paste and roll it with bread crumps. (aslo you can use beaten eggs for dipping)
- Repeat the same with all the cutlets and keep it ready for deep frying.
- Heat oil in fry pan
- Drop the cutlets gently in hot oil
- Keep the flame on mid-high and fry till the golden colour on both sides.
- Make sure the heat of the oil is adjusted well, else cutlet may absorb oil.
- Drain on a paper towel
- Yummillcious vegetable cutlets are ready.
